OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION
PROS is a program that teachers students strategies that allow them to handle conflicts in a positive and constructive manner. With proper training and application of that training, students learn to use conflict as a positive force that can lessen the detrimental effects of conflict and increase social skills and person image of self.

The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education provides leadership, resources, and assures standards of excellence for a comprehensive statewide system of vocational and technical education. That system offers programs and services in 29 technology center districts operating on 54 campuses, 400 comprehensive school districts, 21 skill centers and three juvenile facilities.

CAMPUS MEDIATION PROGRAM AT THE UNIV. OF CALIFORNIA, IRVINE
The mediator is not a judge and does not make any decisions for the two parties involved. The mediators at UCI are trained to facilitate the process of mediation. All mediators volunteer their time for the good of the UCI community.

MEDICAL COLLEGE OF GEORGIA
Medical College of Georgia recognizes the value of constructive conflict resolution. It promotes intellectual debate and heralds change, and as such, should be viewed as an opportunity for growth.

CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY
Students are always encouraged to settle disagreements through civil discourse and honest disclosure. Mediation Services are provided by the Office of Judicial Affairs to support the efforts of individuals to informally resolve conflicts before they are referred to the formal judicial system. The office also provides training in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management. 

UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT SAN ANTONIO
UTSA established the Problem Solving/Conflict Resolution Program to support and enhance internal communications.

Mediation is a completely voluntary and confidential process that helps two or more people in conflict articulate their issues and goals, communicate about the situation, and try to reach a constructive resolution.
