Black Eyed Pea Salad
(Makes 6 servings) Ingredients:
- 1 qt cooked black eyed peas
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can (1 lb) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped chilies
- Oil and vinegar to taste
- Hot sauce sauce to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley flakes to taste
Preparation Instructions:
Mix all together. Chill several hours
and serve.
