Hot Pineapple Salad Dessert
(Makes 8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain & save juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. grated lowfat sharp cheese
Preparation Instructions:
Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix sugar, flour, juice and margarine. Mix with pineapple and cheese. Pour into baking dish.Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
